how we Started
2018
Shared Dreams, Shared Passion
The founders first met in 2018 through the Institut Paul Bocuse program, a prestigious culinary course offered by ITE-College West. Bonding over their shared passion for food, they quickly discovered a strong synergy working together—often dreaming of one day opening their own café.
2020
Learning Before Leading
One of the co-founders was eager to dive into entrepreneurship right away, while the other felt they needed more experience before taking the leap. Choosing to refine their skills first, one of them joined the Tippling Club, where hard work and dedication led to a rapid rise to junior sous chef within just 1.5 years.
2024
A New Chapter Begins (Early 2024)
After years of growth, the time finally felt right to pursue their long-held dream. With renewed confidence, they reunited to start a business together—this time, as equal partners ready for the challenge.
The First Pop-Up (Mid 2024)
Teaming up with their friend, they hosted a successful pop-up tasting event at Kizuna, serving over 80 guests a curated selection of signature dishes from their combined culinary ventures. The event marked an exciting milestone in their journey—and the beginning of something even greater.
